An installation visit follows a fixed sequence: kerb dimensions and level checked against the lantern before anything is unpacked; frame assembled and squared on the kerb; glass set on calibrated packers; cappings and trims fitted; the lantern-to-kerb junction sealed continuously and the roof membrane junction checked. Internally we trim and, where booked, plaster the reveal ready for decoration. Most domestic lanterns complete in a day. We fit our own supply, customer-purchased lanterns (Korniche, Atlas, Ultrasky and others) and replacement glass into existing frames — and every install carries our written workmanship guarantee alongside the product cover.

Yes — we install customer-supplied lanterns from all the major systems. Send the brand, size and your postcode and we'll quote the fit; we check the kit on arrival before any of it goes on the roof.
A standard domestic lantern on a ready kerb is a one-day job including sealing and trims. Cut-ins to existing roofs, oversize lanterns or plastered reveals extend that to two days.
A finished kerb to the dimensions we issue, the roof membrane dressed over it, and clear access for glass — which for larger panes can mean two fitters and lifting equipment we bring.
Yes — workmanship is guaranteed in writing, separate from and alongside the lantern manufacturer's product guarantee, so there's no gap between the two.
