Supply-only questions

What does 'supply only' include?

The complete lantern — frame, glass, fixings, seals and trims — plus the paperwork that makes the fit work: kerb specification, assembly instructions and membrane junction drawings. Everything except the labour.

How do I know what size to order?

Measure the external dimensions of your kerb — or tell us the room and we'll recommend a size before the kerb is built, then issue exact kerb dimensions for your chosen lantern.

How is a roof lantern delivered?

Kerbside on dedicated glazing transport, with the glass racked and the frame boxed. We book the slot to your programme; you'll need two people on site to take it in.

Can my builder call you during the installation?

Yes — the technical line exists for exactly that. Most calls are answered in minutes and the common questions (packers, seal sequence, capping order) are covered in the included instructions too.

What if I buy supply-only and then want it fitted?

No problem — installation is available nationwide and we fit our own supplied lanterns at any point. Plenty of orders convert when the builder's programme tightens.
