Made to measure: lanterns are fabricated to the external kerb dimensions you confirm. Please check sizes carefully — bespoke items cannot be returned for sizing errors on confirmed dimensions.
Delivery is kerbside; risk passes on signed receipt. Damage must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported the same day for priority replacement.
Guarantee: products carry a 10-year guarantee; installations by our teams additionally carry a written workmanship guarantee. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
