Anything outside a standard rectangular, centre-ridge design — unequal hips, off-centre ridges, three-sided lanterns against walls, linked twin lanterns, unusual pitches or glass specifications. If your drawing doesn't look like a catalogue picture, it's bespoke.
Yes — that's the normal route. Send the roof plan and sections; we return engineered lantern drawings for approval, flag any buildability issues early and fabricate only once everything is signed off.
It depends entirely on what departs from standard. An off-centre ridge adds little; a 7-metre triple-hip lantern with acoustic glass is a different conversation. We price from drawings with no obligation.
Allow 4–8 weeks from approved drawings, longer for unusual glass. We'll commit to a fabrication slot when you approve, so the lantern lands when your build needs it.
