It needs to — ducting routes across the flat-roof void are the most common clash. Send the kitchen plan and we'll position the lantern and kerb clear of the duct run before anything is ordered.
Once the slab is in and dimensions are real. Fabrication then runs while walls go up, and the lantern lands the week your roofer has the kerb ready — no site storage, no programme gap.
